Germany, HJ. A Field Cap Archive chipping and loss evident in(HJ Sommer Mtze). An extremely well preserved HJ field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton. The cap is fully surrounded by stylized side walls which are trimmed along the seam with red piping. Stitched onto the lower peak is an embroidered HJ insignia, measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h).
