An Honorary Citizen of Caxia do Sul Breast Star, c.1900 Hold 13 July 1941In silver and Gold, a die stamped breast star with clusters of five smooth rays separated by one short wavy ray, the large center medallion in Gold bears the inscription CIDADAO HONORARIO CAXIAS DO SUL with silver crown at 12 oclock, the medallion encircled by a wreath and ring of red enamel, the reverse bears a single vertical, central screwpost adhering the medallion to the obverse, measures 74. 93 mm (w) x 74. 45 mm (h), weighs 38. 5 grams, very
