Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, around a central silvered non magnetic metal eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the lower edge of the wreath featuring dual hooks connecting to a pendant of identical construction and consisting of a central starburst rosette flanked on each side
