A Cross Of Military Merit, IV Class Officer consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac maker marked "26" on pin(Cruz Peruana al Mrito Militar). Instituted in 1949. Three piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze with white, black and green enamels, unmarked, measuring 53 mm (w) x 84 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, original ribbon fed through a hanger with stickpin attachment, near extremely fine.
