This dry ros is made from 50% Mataro and 50% Carignan grown on the red loam of Lennon Vineyard, and its bursting with texture, spice and a sweet sour twist. The 2024 vintage was whole bunch pressed overnight and wild fermented in stainless steel, allowing the wines delicate aromatics to shine. On the nose, theres wild strawberry, hibiscus tea, red apple skin and a little hint of cinnamon
