A German Red Cross (Drk) Sleeve Eagle For Inspekteur Des Drk Auction Archive returning from a night sortieHand embroidered in golden and silvery metal wires, on dark brown wool backing, padded, of heavy, solid construction, 110mm x 55mm (4 x 2 inches), excellent quality, tunic removed, in extremely fine condition. Footnote: Inspekteur des DRK (German Red Cross Inspector) was a very high ranking DRK Official, equivalent of Army General. A very rare insignia.
