Germany, Luftwaffe. An Early Officer's Breast Eagle certificate_of_authenticity surface rust on the hinges(Brustadler). Constructed of hand woven aluminum bullion wires with light grey threading for the outlines and accents, on a grey wool backer, with paper backing intact, "salty", measuring 85 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), and in good condition.
