A thoughtful blend of Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, each variety plays its part in delivering lift, texture and flavour. Hand picked fruit is gently pressed with minimal skin contact, then fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve purity and vibrancy. A short period on fine lees adds softness and roundness without dulling the wines
