Vintage S.O.A. "No Policy" Fan Made T-Shirt Art From: MedfordS. O. A, or State Of Alert, were one of the earliest examples of hardcore from our nation's capital. Fronted by Henry Garfield, who would change his name to Henry Rollins just a few years later, the band released only one 7" on the then newly formed Dischord Records.
